The Bang and Smash approach to music and music technology is all about inspiration, confidence building and self expression through workshops, lessons, recording, mixing and production.

Gareth Marsh has 15 years experience working professionally with music and music technology, is qualified to JNC level 3 in Youth Work with over 17 years working with young people including Secondary and Primary schools, post compulsory education, youth clubs, events, church groups, NEET and youth offending and has run music workshops with all ages from 4 years old to post-retirement age.

He has also composed, edited, remixed and recorded music for MCs, dancers and other productions.

In November 2014 Gareth was recognised as Education Support of the Year by Thurrock Council's Education Awards
